MARC GRABOFF
Co-Chairman, NBC Entertainment and NBC Universal Television Studio


Marc Graboff is Co-Chairman, NBC Entertainment and NBC Universal Television Studio, a position to which he was appointed in May 2007. He works alongside Co-Chairman Ben Silverman to direct the efforts of NBC Universal’s television operations based in Burbank and Universal City, California.

Prior to that, Graboff was President, NBC Universal Television, West Coast, a title he held since January 2006. In that role, he had oversight of NBC Entertainment, NBC Universal Television Studio, the NBC Agency, and NBC Universal Domestic Television Distribution. He has also been the chief business affairs executive for these groups as well as the entertainment cable networks USA Network, SCI FI Channel and Bravo.

Graboff reports to Jeff Zucker, President and Chief Executive Officer of NBC Universal.

Prior to his appointment as president, Graboff had served as Executive Vice President, NBC Universal Television Group, since May 2004.

Graboff was named Executive Vice President, NBC West Coast, in November 2000, where he oversaw business affairs activities related to all of NBC's Burbank-based divisions, including NBC Entertainment, NBC Studios and NBC Enterprises.

Graboff joined NBC after serving as Senior Vice President, CBS Entertainment, since 1997. While at CBS, Graboff was responsible for overseeing business affairs for both the CBS Television Network and CBS Productions.

Before joining CBS, Graboff was a partner at the Los Angeles law firm of Troop, Meisinger, Steuber and Pasich and, prior to that, he was a founding partner of the firm of Silverberg, Katz, Thompson and Braun.

Graboff graduated from UCLA in 1977 with a bachelor's degree in communications studies and graduated magna cum laude from Loyola Law School in 1983.

Graboff lives in Pacific Palisades, California, with his wife, Debi, a family lawyer, and his three children, Jessica, Nicole and Bradley.
